2. Choose the patient

3. Choose registration. (If not there then you will need to add it to the menu)

4. Click Edit Patient

5. Click Patient Access

6. Click on Patient Access enabled

7. Click on Yes

8. Click OK

9. PIN NUMBERS generated
for patient

10. If patient forgets their password and
wants to reset their PIN NUMBERS
(1st Password)
Go to the Patient Access page

11. Click on Reset Login PIN

12. Click Yes

13. Click OK

14. PIN NUMBERS generated
for patient

15. If a patient has access to their
records and wishes to reset their
password for access to their records
(2nd Password)

16. Delete this box and type in new password (needs to be 8 characters long)
