Patients can register their PIN numbers online to access their medical records. They should have their PIN numbers from the receptionist beforehand. On the website, patients fill in their PIN numbers and personal details to create an account with a username and password. Once logged in, they can view their electronic health record by entering additional codes sent to them.

2. You should have your

5. Fill in your PIN NUMBERS
Click Next

6. Write your name and Date of Birth.
Choose a password which is at least 8 characters long and has at least one digit

7. Add your Contact Details as well as answering the Security Questions

8. Click on this box
Click next

9. Make a note of your User ID

10. Add your User ID and password

11. Click Sign In

12. Click on View your Medical Record

13. Put your Practice ID, Access ID and Password in

14. Click Sign In

15. Click on View Your Medical Record

16. Add your digits from your 2nd Password

17. Click Submit

18. Confirm that you are who you say you are

19. Remember to log out when you finish
