Solution
Customer Service is one important criterion to attract large customers. Along with a good quality
product with reasonable price, it is also very essential to provide better quality service to retain
existing and to attract new customers.
Customer service is the act of taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering
professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's
requirements are met.
Extend of Good Customer Service
Customer service is the act of taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering
professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's
requirements are met.Customer service is meeting the needs and desires of any customer. Some
characteristics of good customer service include:
A marketer should extend its service towards the customer up to his/her door stem and till the
satisfaction level of those customers.
