Input of gas component fraction in Mole% or Mass%
• Select your favorite unit for input the gas mixture fractions
• Mainly the process data are available in Mass%, but Applicator’s Gas Engine
and the t-mass needs Mole%

Sizing Flow – Gas improvements
Composition of humid gas mixtures
• Up to now Applicator’s gas engine could handle dry gases only
• New: Humid gas mixtures with component water
• A warning message indicates the max. share of water based on 100% relative
humidity. In this case the share has to be reduced or process conditions
adapted.
• Restricted flow meter are marked (Red) on Gas mixture page

Speed limits for gas oxygen applications
• Increased safety in sizing of oxygen applications
• According standard EIGA IGC13/12 the check is executed
• The max. velocity in the flow meter is checked depending on process pressure
range
• Beside a general disclaimer dedicated warnings are created depending on the
selected sensor material
