If you look at the graphics, you will see that the majority of the students (84%) were looking for a sector change during their internship. An 81% of those searching were successful. (That means that 68,5% of the total MBA students changed sector during their internship).
What about the full time search?
We can appreciate an increase in the number of students searching for a sector change, with a significant 90% who tried to find a full time job in a different sector. 68% of whom were successful. (That means that the total of sector changers was 61%. Almost a 40% remained at the same sector).
Summarizing, it seems that there is a higher number of students trying to change sector during the full time search, but it is slightly difficult at that stage. So… if you are clear on that… don’t wait until the full time search, start trying to change sector during the internship!
If you look at the graphics, you will see that the same percentage of students (84%) were looking for a change in the functional area during their internship search. An 83% of those searching were successful (only 2% higher than the change of sector). (That means that a 70% of the total MBA students changed their functional area during the internship).
What about full time search?
We can appreciate an increase in the number of students searching for a change in functional area, a significant 90,5% tried to find a full time job in a different functional area. A 72% of whom were successful. (That means that 66% of students changed functional area)
SCRIPT (v.Nov.2012):
Once you’ve done a successful internship during the summer you can now decide where you want to go on an exchange
- Over 35 partner schools worldwide
- 1/3 of students go on an exchange. You have to perform well during your first semester to be invited to go on an exchange.

No pedimos título.

Ver descripción Latam Lab a partir diapo 6
Action Learning Consulting Programme (ALCP)
