Position statement:
 I consider that I have excellent communication skills, am confident and

Employment:
 I have had a part-time job as a restaurant waiter since October 2011 and this
has enabled me to become more confident and it has taught me how to speak
with customers in a polite and friendly manner
o Duties
 Meeting and greeting customers
 Showing customers to their tables and taking their coats to be
hung up
 Take food and drink orders
 Serve orders and clear tables
 Maintain stock levels in the bar area
 Maintain a clean and tidy bar area (awareness of Health and
Safety)
 Help customers with their coats following their meals and show
them to the door
 I able to multi-task in a busy and high pressure environment and I work well in
a team, but am also able to show initiative and work on my own if required
 I would be willing to work weekends.
