   Develop the awareness and the curiosity of +40000
    employees
   Develop a autonomous system of information sharing
   Develop groups of interest
   Develop an integrity though different services

   Problematic: What could be technics, methods to use in
    order to engage people posting videos to share good
    practices, information valuable, and their experiences ?
SOLUTIONS REGARDING THREADS

   Price of installations: Just the price of the functionalities
    adding in the network
   Profitability: economies of training which are followed
    freely online, economy of time and money thank to the
    e-learning and experience sharing efficiency
   Issues of existing trainings: All could be
    filmed, shared, followed and commented
   Tester v.s. followers: Followed posts are constantly
    improved and proposed regarding your profile
TOOLS
Add functionalities directly centralised in the existing
  network:
 Online and mobile apps network

 Share interactive support as video, texts, photos...

 Participation (comments/ chat online...)

 Specifics contents adapted to each need

 Research of worlds or topics

 Notifications and alerts can be programmed to look it
  whenever and wherever you want
 Training filmed and film yourself on your laptop easily
  with your webcam

1. 6 months term: Samples and focus group to
   apprehend each aspect to face
2. 1 year term: Develop the system and test it
3. 2 years term: Put in place the network, take into
   account ameliorations and feedbacks
4. 3 years plan: develop it though each service, training
   session and encourage employees to use it
