This document summarizes Alexander Vasquez's participation in the Educational Talent Search program at Lynn Classical High School, which aimed to help rising high school seniors with college selection and financial literacy. The program involved 11 participants and assessed their knowledge of institutions, ability to apply to colleges, and values in selecting schools. Survey results found that learning outcomes were achieved, though the program could be improved, such as by increasing participation. Overall, the experience helped establish student affairs competencies and provided lessons for future programs.
