Once project fee is paid in full to NextTech Limited, any elements of text, graphics, photos,
contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to NextTech Limited for inclusion in
website are owned by Alam SMC.
NextTech Limited assumes Alam SMC has permission from the rightful owner to use any
code, scripts, data, and reports are provided by Alam SMC for inclusion in its materials,
and will hold harmless, protect, and defend NextTech Limited from any claim or suit arising
from the use of such work.
NextTech Limited retains the right to display graphics and other web content elements as
examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects.
This agreement becomes effective only when signed by agents of Alam SMC and NextTech
Limited. Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, Alam SMC agrees that for
purposes of venue.
The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between Alam
SMC. And the NextTech Limited. Regarding all items included in this agreement.
Our Pricing
As we are including all services and our cost will be 45,000 BDT and monthly maintenance
charge will be 3000 BDT.
Payment procedure
After signing the agreement paper to start the work, you have to pay 50% of total amount
and time of delivery you have to pay remaining amount.
Acceptance
Your signature below indicates acceptance of this Sells, Purchase & Inventory proposal.
Your initial payment per the terms above will also represent acceptance of this p roposal,
and entrance into a contractual agreement with NextTech Limited.
