utmost importance. An Ad Hoc
Committee of parents, teachers,
and students will be created to
address all the needs and wishes.
The schoolyear will start with
locked doors and single point of
entry. In deference to conflicting
views, a compromise / consensus
will be sought by January.

• In third year, “tweak” outcomes by fitting students to house
individual house strategies
• In first year, assign a lead to each house as a point of contact
