3.3 million fans are not only engaged on this organic community, but are
engaging each other on a daily basis, making friends, planning events,
meeting up and garnering a culture unique to the MTV Roadies facebook
page, bringing about a multi-directional exchange of content, giving rise
to
  A NEW WAVE OF ENGAGEMENT
Fans do everything from
sharing their pictures with
friends and the
community, to promoting
regional activism to gather
great support for their cause.
Quite often, an exceptional
fan gets featured on the
page, resulting in social
dynamics that lead to greater
number of fans making
friends with one another on
the Roadies platform.
Encouraging this user
behaviour, chat posts are
posted on the page where
users come and chat all the
time.
All the videos posted
on the community
gathered over 3
million views even
when the season is
not on air. These
videos are shared by
all the fans across
their pages, and
often we get to see
fanmade videos
getting high traction
on the community.
And finally, the most echoed sentiment across the community: the wait for the next season.
