Class to Corporate
iRH offers a 40 hours’ soft skills programme on the campus to make the students “Corporate
Ready” to become productive in the shortest possible time after joining. For knowledge and skill
transfer to the students, we use an eclectic mix of instructor led live sessions, group dynamics,
management games, role play, AV, projects/presentations, case studies etc. The programme is
rounded off by Final Assessment and individual customised Recommendation/Report. Each
candidate is issued an iRH Credential in recognition of having gone through the course.
Typically, Corporates hire on the campus and spend further time and effort on training the new
hires on Soft Skills in making them “Corporate Ready” after they join. You can take advantage
of the “Class 2 Corporate” programme held on the campus and impart the required soft skills
to the students to whom you have already issued offers so that such students come armed with
these skills at the time of joining.
