This paper “PLAN DE EXPORTACIÓN DE PIÑA DESHIDRATADA CON DESTINO
A ALEMANIA” is based mainly on the use of the existing trade relations with the
European Union and especially with Germany, which seeks open new markets for
nontraditional exports in which the raw material has gone through a transformation
process, besides expresses the potential exploitation of geospatial conditions of
Colombian territory as a competitive advantage.
The pineapple was selected as the ideal fruit to go through the process of
dehydration based on its physical and nutritional characteristics, throughout the
paper we describes the crop of the fruit and the different dehydration processes
that exist where it is emphasized in the selected for this project by referring to the
benefits.
On the other hand does all a market analysis which involves the behavior of
German consumers, per capita income, competition, the various international
export mechanisms and regulations necessary to enter this market.
