11. POLICY ANALYSIS
๏ง A replacement structure is not proposed at this time. Future
construction of a single-family residence would be subject
to Compatibility Review by the ARB and approval by
Council.
๏ง The Architectural Review Board considered the request at
their November 21, 2023 meeting and voted unanimously
to declare the existing main structure as not significant and
recommended approval of the demolition as requested.
