• CE Group selected to develop, strategize scheduling
and marketing of centennial activities and events
with city leaders, the community and city staff.

marketing of culminating event, Centennial Fest
• Event scheduled for Saturday, October 8th, 2PM to
8:30PM
• Weather back up date is October 15th, 2PM to 8:30PM

• Finalize all planning-related costs for Centennial Fest
• Rental deposits – portable restrooms, equipment rentals, signage
• Support for cleaning & other day-of events
• Additional expenses not covered under agreement
• Entertainment, games, food, music, The Army Golden Knights &
Fireworks show
• In FY 2023 Budget in separate expense – paid directly to vendors
• Several sponsors have contributed toward celebration

• City hired planner for 50 year anniversary in 1972
