 It’s not just an expensive cream that can make up
for rough patches or dry lips.
 Turns out your body needs more water than a lip
balm when you have a chapped pout.
 So keep drinking 8-10 glasses of water through the
day.
 Make it up to your skin for all those late nights
with lots of tea (oolong, chamomile, earl grey),
increasing your fruit intake and gulping anything
that’s natural (no fizz).
