3. SIGNAGE
Scoreboard/Videoboard
These signs are visible from any seat location
and are directly in the line of sight as
fans look to the videoboard to see player
statistics, commercials, scores and much more
throughout the game. Signs also gain exposure
at all non-Zephyr events, shown daily on all
four TV networks during our news coverage
and nightly highlight reels. Scoreboard signage
varies in size and price.
OUTFIELD FENCE SIGNAGE
These 8’ x 16‘ or 8’x 24’ billboards are located
along the outfield wall stretching from foul
pole to foul pole. They are visible from any seat
location and are directly in the line of sight as
fans watch the game. Signs also gain exposure
at all non-baseball events and shown daily on
all four TV networks during our news coverage
and nightly highlight reels. Scoreboard signage
varies in size and price.
CONCOURSE SIGNAGE
Concourse signs are 4’x6’ located in high
traffic areas around the stadium. These signs
are illuminated and stand out at night. They
are visible for all fans walking around the
concourse throughout each game. Concourse
signage will vary in price based on location.
Dugout Tops
Dugout top sponsorship allow for maximum
brand exposure because of the overwhelming
attention that is given to players as they come
into and leave their dugouts. Visible to all fans
from almost any vantage point in the stadium,
the dugout top sponsorship allows for your
business to have its name and full color logo
placed on top of both dugouts at Zephyr Field.

A game day sponsorship is the most comprehensive
of our sponsorship packages: it is a chance to have
a game-long commercial in the ballpark for your

In our quest to maximize the “Fan Experience” the
Zephyrs offer a Souvenir Program to be purchased
at every game. The program features players and
team information, rosters and other essential
information about Zephyrs Baseball. Your business
will have a personalized ad in all editions of the
Souvenir Program, which means putting your
message directly in the fan’s hands!
Ticket backs are a great way to drive people
directly to your business. The tickets can be
redeemed at your business as a coupon and are a
great way to track your investment. Your offer will
be put directly in the hands of our fans!
Pocket schedules are distributed to businesses,
fans and media across the Greater New Orleans
area. One of the most popular “out-of-stadium”
forms of sponsorship, these have the longest shelf
life of any marketing material, as fans hold on to
these all season long.

WMTI 106.1 FM “The Ticket” or zephyrsbaseball.

Naming Rights
Zephyr Field is a very versatile venue that has something
for every kind of fan! Distinct locations (such as Kid Zone
Area, Customer Service Booth, Box Office, Strike Zone
Merchandise Store and more) can be branded through a
naming rights sponsorship which includes: signage, product
usage and displays, recognition on directional signage, and
promotional materials regarding that distinct area of the
stadium.
Launch-a-ball
Fans have the opportunity to “play the game, after the
game” before every fireworks show. It’s one of our most
popular games and it rewards the fans for landing a tennis
ball in a target area with a great prize...from you!
Concourse Displays
