This document provides a checklist for conducting a pre-trip inspection of a combination vehicle. It lists over 50 items to check, organized by location (e.g. front of cab, engine compartment, steering linkage, wheels). The items include lights, fluid levels, suspension components, brakes, tires, wheels, and components in the cab. The checklist is thorough in covering all major exterior and interior aspects of the tractor and trailer that a driver must inspect before driving to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
