1. Client Brief – School Production of Grease
Client – the Drama department at Heath Park School. They are putting on a
production of Grease, with rehearsals through the Autumn term and into the
Spring and a performance around Spring half term.
You are briefed to create, as a group, a marketing campaign for the show with
a range of different marketing products.
The target audience for the show is mainly students and their families,
especially people involved in the show and their friends, and other people
involved with the school who have a particular interest in stage or film
musicals, especially Grease.
The marketing campaign will need to include
A programme to be distributed to people attending the show
A poster for print
A poster for display on the video displays around the school
A themes designed ticket for the show
A flyer for the show
A 40-90 second long audio-visual promo for the show
Original photographs of the cast in costume and character and of the
cast out of character
Quotes and statements from the cast
Graphics, colours and fonts in line with the chosen house style
