Main Purpose of the Job :
 Delivery and development of high quality services achieved through the involvement of costumers,
careers and other stakeholders.
 Responsible for the delivery of the annual business plan and the five-year operating plan so that

organization – professional and exemplar services in support of the company’s status
 Responsible for the management and positive development of a range of strategic and operational
relationships external to the company, working with other agencies at strategic level, in support of
mutually beneficial approaches to care.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities Of The Post :
 Deliver the service elements within the five year operating plan, demonstrating commercial focus, a
structured approach, intelligence and enthusiasm.
 Establish, in conjunction with All Departments, and then to monitor, clear performance targets, both
quantitative and qualitative, for the Central Operational Management Team, informed by those
activities, which will significantly improve operational performance.
 Ensure that the performance of the Central Operational Management Team is efficient, effective and
delivered within budget.
 To establish, in conjunction with All Departments, clear performance targets, both quantitative and
qualitative, for the Central Operational Management Team, informed by targets, which will
significantly improve operational performance. To monitor delivery of these targets and to take steps
to address any inadequacy.
 Growth target through extending current markets and developing new services and new markets.
 Contribute to the development of company strategy through a thorough, current understanding of the
local and national policy context, local competitive forces and local business opportunities, including
new sources of sustainable funding.
 Explore tale-health and assistive technology to identify new product development opportunities, to
enhance service provision and increase the company’s market share opportunities.
Leadership :
 Provide professional leadership to all operational staff at all levels throughout the company.
 Ensure in conjunction with the Manager of HR, that all members of the Central Operations
Management Team have credible and challenging Personal Development Plans and to oversee their
delivery.
 Raise the profile and reputation of the organisation by working closely with partners in the local health
and social care economy.
 Maintain an evidence based culture, which is person centred, commands the confidence of
commissioners and costumers, and promotes multi-disciplinary and cross organisational working.
 Contribute to the company’s Talent Management processes, supporting staff with identified potential
to realize and achieve their full potential within the company.
Board Level Responsibilities And Accountabilities :
 To develop Key Performance Indicators for all Operational and to provide comprehensive monthly
reports to the Owner.
 Shared responsibility with All Departments for overseeing systems used throughout the organisation to
ensure customer and staff safety is compliant with governance requirements and health and safety
legislation in partnership with the Governance lead and team.

A. PLANTATION & PRODUCTION

5. Product Realization : Transform process from costumer needs to costumer satisfaction, include planning
process, procurement process, production process, warehouse, marketing, distribution, after sales service
(as Quality Management System Guidance)
6. Seed Quality (in Field Plantation) : Field inspection, other variety, off type, male pollen, distance
isolation, time isolation
7. Seed Quality (in Laboratory) : Purity, vigor, wages, other variety, off type
8. Costumer Communication : Detail information, participation program, after sales service, complaint
handling
9. Procurement : Raw material supplier appraisal, the company will inform product specification, procedure,
documentation
10. Production Process Validation : Criteria production process agreement, material tools and personnel
qualification handler, methode and procedure in production process, periodic calibration
11. Internal Audit : All activity from seed production in plantation, laboratorium, processing in factory,
packaging, warehouse, environment, office, SOP implementation, administration, product quality
B. PROCESSING
1. Prepare schedule according to production in field plantation for effective and efficient processing
2. Forecasting production cost for processing from raw material to finished good or delivery to costumer
3. Controlling in processing result as Quality Management System Guidance
4. Responsible for stock seed, purity, effective, work efficiency
5. Approval all document seed processing
C. QUALITY ASSURANCE
1. Responsible to quality document, coordination, publish, revision, distribution, direction
2. Check and recheck sertification propose from field survey arranged by Field Inspector
3. Fix up all area comfortable for production process (include isolation, land condition, irigation)
4. Approval all document propose for production process in field plantation (passed or failed)
5. Controlling, monitoring, production process in field plantation
6. Harvesting recomendation from field plantation (passed or failed)
7. Order to seed analyst for quality seed test (germination, water percentage, physical and genetic purity)
8. Keep and distribution lab test result to production and processing department
9. Seed sortation process, and prepare for delivery to costumer
D. SALES & MARKETING
1. Forecasting for production in factory and selling product in field market
2. Operational budget management
3. Promotion action plan & Evaluation
4. Distribution regulation & warehouse system
5. Create market demand
6. Monitor market share year to year for action plan
7. Manpower direction, placement, for effective and efficient marketing operational
8. Marketing plan preparation in short term, middle and long term for market development
