 In consultation with the Manager recruiting, interviewing, selecting and maintaining well-
qualified employees.
 Implementing the human resources policies, procedures and practices of the organization.
 Establishing and implementing a performance management process for all programs employees.
 Carrying out annual employee performance evaluations: addressing performance concerns in a
timely manner.
 Maintain positive employee relations by encouraging direct and indirect employees to take
advantage of our open-door policy, suggestion box, participation in status and team meetings,
and interactive one-on-one communication.
 Foster a general feeling of identity and loyalty within each support groups. Celebrate
accomplishments; communicate calmly, but clearly, areas that need improvement. Instill a
continuous improvement mentality in all facets of the organization.
 Critical support to the Management team undertakes administrative functions to ensure that the
