• reducing turn-around time in preparing medical reports

• Measurement: it is often difficult to identify processes, which can
be measured in terms of defects.
• Psychology of the workforce: in the health-care industry it is
particularly important to not use jargonistic business language, as
this has a high chance of being rejected or accepted with cynicism
by medical professionals.
