PROCESS, NOT AN EVENT

3. BEFORE YOU STUDY
• Plan a definite time for studying every day.

4. • Know the purpose of, and understand
each assignment before leaving class.

5. • ASK YOUR TEACHER IF YOU DO NOT
UNDERSTAND SOMETHING.

6. • Predict the amount of time you need for
each assigment.

7. • Time yourself to see how long it takes you
to read five pages of your texbook.

8. • Take a little time before class to review the
material, so you are prepared.

9. WHEN YOU GET HOME
• HAVE A BREAK AND REST FOR A

• HAVE A SNACK

10. READY FOR STUDY
• Every time you study, spend at least 10
minutes reviewing the material from your
previous study session.
