Job description:
▪Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the below Cementing equipment:
❖ Low-Pressure Treating Equipment:
1) All sizes of the Butterfly valve.
2) Suction hoses (hard).
3) Discharge hoses (soft).
4) Cement Silo.
5) Air Compressor.
6) Cutting Bottle.
❖ High-Pressure Treating Iron Equipment:
1) Plug valve (2*1, and 2*2Inch).
2) Chiksan joints:
{swivel 2way and 3way, Loop, (Straight pipe 4, 6, 8, 10ft), Lateral, and Tee}
3) All sizes of the Cement head.
❖ Low-Pressure pumps:
Centrifugal Pumps (RA5*6, RA4*5, RB2*3*11)
❖ High-Pressure pumps:
Reciprocating Pumps:
1) 5-in-Stroke PG Series triplex Pumps.
2) Serva TPB600/TPD600 series triplex pumps.
▪Able to run a pumping unit standalone.
▪Able to operate cement Bulk Plant, Batch Mixers, and cement head.
▪Perform all the necessary calculations of the cement slurry volume and the chemical needed.
▪Understand all kinds of the primary, liner, and remedial cementing jobs.

2. ▪Responsible for preparing chemicals and mixing water for cement job.
▪Rig up and down the cement treating iron from the cement unit to the wellhead.
▪Rig up and down the cement soft hoses from Batch Mixing to the cement unit.
▪Rig up and down the cement soft hoses from Cement silo to the cement unit.
▪Worked for all the Major clients in Egypt like
(Bapetco, Wepco, Qarun, Petroshahd, Norpetco, General Petroleum).
