What, Whenand Where?
Day 1
On the 18th
Novemberwe startedfilmingare first2scenesof our openingsequence.We filmedthe
scenesinthe office where myself andLuke Janeswhere DanChambersgoesforajobinterview. Luke
playsthe headmasterandI playDan Chambers. Imade sure that all the sceneswere filmedingood
qualityandeveryone wasinthe rightpositionandmade sure thatall the equipmentwasusedinthe
rightway and putin whenneeded. BothIand Luke were organised,we reachedourlocationquickly.
The noise level wasveryquietmakingiteasiertofilm.The lightingwasgoodinthe room stayingthe
same. Sometimeswe forgotare lineswhenfilmingandoftenhadtodo it again,we had to move a
lotof classroomthingsaroundthattook a little bitof time todo. The shootwas successful because
we filmedall the shotsthatwe wantedtofilmandwe got it done ina good amountof time.
Sometimeswe couldn’tgetthe camerasteadybecause of some of the flooring.
Day 2
On the 19th
Novemberwe carriedonfilmingare next scenesof ouropeningsequence. We filmed
these sceneswere filmedonthe field. Wheremyself,Luke JanesandDanielGranthamwere acting
out the shootingscene.IplayedDanChambersLuke playedthe partnerof Dan’sandDaniel played
the innocentcivilian. Imade sure thatall the sceneswere filmedcorrectlymakingsure thatthe wind
didn’taffectthe recording toomuch. Everyone knew whattheywere doingandthe scenerywasset
right. The cameraran out of batterysowe had to get a new one whichcost ussome filmingtime
that we couldhave usedforbetterscenes. The shootwasmostlysuccessful we addedagoodvariety
of shotsandwe didn’thave anyproblemswiththe propsorequipment.
Thishas beenre filmedandtakenoutall together because of the soundquality.

2. Day 3
On the 20th
Novemberwe carriedonfilmingare nextscene of ouropeningsequence.Thesescenes
were filmedinthe classroomwheremyself,Luke andBenplayedare charactersandfilmed. We got
the sceneswe wantedtoget done ina goodamount of time. Imade sure that everything wasputin
the right angle and the lightdidn’treflectof objects. Sometimesthe lightfromoutside gotinthe
wayand some sceneshadto be filmedagain. The shootwasquite successful overthenthe light
gettinginthe wayit wentto plan.
Thisscene has beenre filmedandchangedso thatits fitsthe thrillergenre better.
