This document outlines strategies for Torres Strait and Indigenous students at TSSHS. It discusses developing high expectations, observing and analyzing teaching, maintaining good pedagogy, and identifying student weaknesses. It also addresses knowing students, parent communication, using learning resources, tutoring systems, rewarding effort, and assessing progress through portfolios, NAPLAN results, interviews and observations. The overall goal is to help Torres Strait and Indigenous students succeed in mathematics.
