1. “A Member lost her daughter in a collision due to
the driver texting while driving. We spoke about
the event CAA holds to raise awareness on the
dangers of distracted driving, she was very
thankful we do this.”

have home and auto insurance with CAA. They
covered the cost of my replacement tires, there is
no deductible, the claim is not held against me,
and it only took 10 minutes!”

often than they originally planned thanks to better,
less expensive medical plans from Orion.”

blank airplane ticket, I gave a luggage tag and a
bus schedule. One very happy little girl left with
her mom and grandmother.”

the airport to make sure they got there safely and

cancelled for medical reasons. They had no insurance and
the package was non-refundable. Patti persuaded
Trafalgar to give the clients a future credit, valid for up to
one year.”

26. “On a Disney Cruise with 4000 passengers, you visit their
private island, with only 20 Private Cabanas for rental.
Rentals open up online 180 days prior to sailing. Tracey
went online at midnight on the 180th day, and was
secured her clients a private cabana. Wow!”

Caribbean, Lori included the advisory and prevention info
for the ZIKA virus. The Member works for Public Health
and was impressed that CAA provides that information to
our travellers.”
