Objective Seeking a business development, operations consultant, or customer service management position
with an organization or firm committed to providing quality services and/or products of value.
Qualifications Extensive experience establishing positive customer relations, implementing process improvements,
negotiating contracts, increasing revenue streams, and establishing a significant marketing presence.
• Quality Focused • Proven Problem Solver • Hard Worker/Diligent
• Results Oriented • Effective Communicator • Increase Market Penetration
• Build Relationships • Skilled Negotiator • Customer Service Driven
Achievements Started a client based service company from ground zero in a highly competitive marketplace to over
one hundred clients generating over $500,000 in annual gross revenues in less than 24 months,
interfacing primarily with healthcare providers and insurance carriers. As the principal owner, my
responsibilities included operations, business development, marketing, advertising, and public
relations while overseeing a staff of two full-time employees.
Promoted by the owner of a multiple location law firm to turn around his Tempe, AZ office that was
struggling as a result of poor management. My initial focus was to successfully litigate unresolved
cases, improve client relationships, recruit key personnel, generate new revenue streams, increase
referral sources, and improve internal administrative operations. As a result, within two years the
client base increased significantly and net profits grew in excess of one million dollars.
Following college graduation, accepted a position on the legislative staff of a Congressman in
Washington D.C. Duties included legislative correspondence, research, drafting legislative
communications, serving as liaison to facilitate responses to constituents’ inquiries, briefing
Congressman on key issues, and coordinating logistics. Additionally, I personally structured a
process for intern selection, program activity, training, and delegation of various activities that
became standard office procedure.
