1. PROJECT TITLE: PROJECT IDEAS

2. BRIEF INTRODUCTION
PROJECT IDEAS is a website/portal which helps you in getting
project ideas of various fields. PROJECT IDEAS project is
basically for the students of NED who face problems regarding
their project ideas (it may be their final year project idea too).
The students communicate with different teachers, search online
and find this difficult whether wishing to work on small or large
scale project. This platform will provide them a facility to
overcome this trouble and keep them updated that on what
kind of projects students of the university are working. This
website or portal will be comprised of details of all the projects
on which the students have worked up till now. This will provide
them a huge variety of project ideas. The projects will be
categorized according to the departments. The students can visit
the concerned department and can have a look at the project
ideas and if they want to continue someone’s project or want to
make enhancement in it so they can send a request to the
concerned authority for the approval of the continuation of the
project. If the authorities find him eligible for the project, then
they will assign them that project.

3. MOTIVATION:
The basic motivation came from the realization of the need of
proper guidance of students regarding their project. It will
provide them a platform to interact with the previous work or
what kind of projects could be made. Second motivation was from
some websites like GITHUB, CODECAMP etc. where incomplete
projects are also published and if someone wants to continue it
they can make enhancement in that project and then they can
publish it with their name which is a good approach. One can get
the idea with the previous work too and can add new features or
functionalities according to the need in it.
TARGETTED AUDIENCE (WHO WILL USE
THIS PRODUCT?):
The targeted audience for this project are all the students who are
willing to do some projects but confused about the idea. They
have skills to utilize but lacking with an appropriate idea. This is
indeed beneficial for all university students. This will be generic
product. Anyone who is facing trouble and worried about project
can use it.

This project would probably consist of following pages:

 Home page (Main page)
 About us page (The details of the website. What this
website is about? Who is the targeted audience? How
it can be beneficial for the users?)
 Project page: The projects are categorized with respect
to departments. You can visit the concerned
department’s project. Administrator can add projects
of students. Other students can view these project and
may get idea of their project.
 You can also rate the projects.
 The database(SQL) involves the project description,
student’s information, Client information etc.
 Major Languages used would be (expected) HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, SQL etc.
 Contact us page that if you want to continue someone’s
project or want to give the feedback.
