Young design graduates are looking for jobs and need to showcase their skills and portfolio of work from college. They struggle to organize their work in an attractive, diverse manner for employers to evaluate their abilities and fit for openings. An online platform is proposed that allows colleges and students to subscribe, and students to upload and organize their work by subject and receive feedback from teachers and other students. This would help students develop a portfolio to apply to jobs upon graduating.

2. Insight: during college, they are able to exercise their
skills in each subject (a lot of works are produced during
college period) + collect and photograph all the works +
rank their works (good; bad; medium)
I verified that the group don't have one problem in
common - but they have one need: the portfolio. All jobs
required from the designers being interviewed a
portfolio that showed their work done before (academic
or not) and this portfolio became a challenge for the
students, as they need to show all their versatility and
creativity.

3. Idea: online platform. This platform would integrate
works done before (in college, specifically) - each college
could subscribe to the platform and students (also
teachers) could acess it and organize the work in
subjects (ex: branding, typography). This idea can
generate a lot of other complements, such as teacher's
reviews. The objective is organize the student's works,
so when they gradute they already have a portfolio to
show and apply to jobs.
