  1. LAST YEAR, I DECIDED I HAD IT FIGHTING TRYING TO LOSE THE SAME THIRTY POUNDS, SO I WENT TO THE DOCTOR. TO GET AN ANSWER TO LOSING WEIGHT. I SAID I’VE READ ALL THESE BOOKS, AND THEY ALL SAY SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND I’M SO CONFUSED. SHE SAID, I HAVE AN ANSWER FOR YOU. AS YOU CAN IMAGINE I WAS SO EXCITED. AT LAST…SOMEONE’S GOING TO HELP ME. HERE’S WHAT SHE SAID: EAT LESS. EXERCISE MORE. SHE SAID THE ANSWER IS SIMPLE. IT’S DOING IT THAT’S HARD. CREATING A PERSONAL BRAND IS KIND OF LIKE THAT. THE ANSWERS ARE SO SIMPLE, AND SO OBVIOUS THAT YOU EITHER ALREADY KNOW THEM, OR WILL KICK YOURSELF THAT YOU DIDN’T REALIZE IT. BUT THE ANSWERS, FINDING OUT WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IS TRIVIAL. THE CHALLENGING PART IS KEEPING TO THE PROGRAM. I CAN HELP YOU WITH THAT, TOO, BUT NOT IN THE NEXT HOUR.
