not let it affect you as much.

the helpful comments and suggestions vs. the sneaky little
digs… and this always isn’t the easiest of things to do.
Sometimes, it really depends on what angle you personally are
looking at it from… so just be aware that your interpolation
may be incorrect, instead of the person being incorrect.
