The document discusses the importance of power, money, and happiness. It states that power is the ability to create change and influence others, and true power comes from intellect rather than physical strength. It also discusses how money provides freedom and choices, but that most people would choose happiness over money. Happiness is said to have benefits like increased compassion and health, and can even lead to greater financial success. The document emphasizes that happiness is important to achieving life goals and changing lives through being happy ourselves.
2. Power is best defined as the ability to
create change. Life is all about change.
It is change. The only people who are
remembered are those who impact the
lives of others by changing something.
No one is ever remembered for
keeping things exactly the same way
they have been, for maintaining the
reality that is.
You only make an impact as a living
being if you influence other living
things. The more you can influence
other living things, the more power you
have and the more you matter in the
grand scheme of life.
3. Only attaining power can make
you matter, and true power only
comes from intellect. Strength
and muscle have a short shelf-
life. If you want to matter, you
need to chase power — power
over your peers, power over
those you work with and come
into contact with. Most
importantly, don’t make the
mistake of associating power with
some sort of evil.
Power can be used to do just as
much good as it can be used to
do bad. If you’re one of the good
guys then we need more people
like you to gain power and take
control to fight off all those that
use their power to do ill. Money is
just a piece of paper. Power is the
ink with which you write your life
story.

5. It is often said that money is not the most important
thing in the world. For many people, however, it is right
up there next to air in importance. These are not
necessarily overly-materialistic people. Rather, they
simply understand the true value of money. Money, in
and of itself, is not very spectacular. What money
can do for you is what is really important. Money gives
you freedom and choices. You can decide where and how
you want to live when you have a good income or financial
resources. On the other hand, when you do not have
much money, choice may be something that you cannot
afford. The choices available to you may not really be
choices at all.
6. Obviously, you need money to cover your basic
expenses: food and shelter. Beyond that, how much
money you need will be determined by what kind of
life you want for yourself. Most people want a middle
class lifestyle. What it means to be middle class varies
from source to source though. The general consensus
is that families with an annual income of roughly
Rs.6,00,000 belong to the middle class. This places
these families between the wealthy and the so-called
"working" or lower class. Those in the middle class
typically have adequate access to education as well as
goods and services. Also, middle class people
generally can afford to own property and have a fair
amount of discretionary income. That is, they have
disposable income or money that is not allocated
solely to satisfying basic needs.

8. ALTHOUGH IT CAN FEEL LIKE MOST OF OUR LIVES
REVOLVE AROUND EARNING MONEY TO MAINTAIN OUR
LIFESTYLE
ACCORDING TO A NEW SURVEY BY CHARITY ACTION
FOR HAPPINESS, 87% OF US WOULD CHOOSE
HAPPINESS AND WELLBEING OVER MONEY.
IF WE ARE HAPPY IT HAS ADDED KNOCK ON EFFECTS
AND BENEFITS. THESE INCLUDE US BECOMING MORE
COMPASSIONATE AND FEELING HEALTHIER BOTH
PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY. WE BECOME MORE
CREATIVE, WITTY, ENERGETIC AND FUN TO BE
AROUND AND IT CAN ALSO LEAD US TO BECOME MORE
FINANCIALLY SUCCESSFUL.
9. HAPPINESS is really important.
The fundamental reason why happiness is so important
is that it’s extremely vital to our own goals in life and can
help us achieve many other cherished personal
ambitions and goals. Also, by being happy, we have the
potential to change many other lives just by being
ourselves.
For happiness to be attained, it’s important to be open
and willing to the concept that it can be attained. For us
to do this, we need to rid ourselves of the negative
energies which occur in our lives on a regular basis and
which cause us to feel unhappy or at best, make us feel
as though we are simply existing or drifting through life.
