People in India are still struggling to ensure a better quality of life. Poverty, illiteracy of the population, unemployment, unawareness & ignorance, lack of infrastructural facilities and an over-burdened health care system makes the task all the more difficult. Hence, it is very essential that there should be some special activities with especially motivated and enthusiastic persons who can be geared to handle and tackle these burning issues.
Moreover, it is a moral responsibility of all of us to help the people who are in need, in leading a normal and quality of life as far as possible.

Busy lives and tight schedules have made it difficult to care for elders but the NGOs working toward this cause have made it possible for them to feel worthy of what they are and live the rest of their lives with dignity.
We live in the communities we serve and have stepped through the front door of senior care locations throughout the Quad Cities, Des Moines, and Iowa City/Cedar Rapids regions. We are not representatives for any of them. Instead, we act as YOUR representative. We are your guide…a knowledgeable resource you can trust to present you with options that match the level of care your loved one needs so you and your family can make an informed decision.

Many Health Systems Are Failing the LGBTQ+ Community—Two Ways to ImproveHealth Catalyst
LGBTQ+ community members face unique challenges when accessing healthcare. Lack of knowledge among providers about the LGBTQ+ community leads to stigma, discrimination, and stereotypes that result in higher risk for cancers and substance abuse and higher rates of smoking. Poor health outcomes occur for multiple reasons—clinicians don’t know the best way to collect accurate health information and LGBTQ+ members don’t feel safe sharing personal health information.
The best way for health systems to improve healthcare delivery for the LGBTQ+ community is to rework the way they collect sexual orientation/gender identity data and educate clinicians about the health disparities LGBTQ+ members face.

Qualities to look for in workers at 55+ communitiesConnect55+
There are various things that you need to focus on as you age. Some of the perks include a relaxed lifestyle, retirement, and extra time with your family. To capitalize on such opportunities, most people opt to live in 55+ communities, but there are things you need to know before committing. Below is a list of qualities that workers in 55+ communities must possess for the best possible resident experience.
Basic Idea: We believe everyone deserves a second chance, especially if they paid for it. What we do is train rehabilitated criminals to be successful mentors and money raisers for schools. What they do is interview students while being recorded and offer trained mentorship. We then bring all of their recorded stories back to the office each day and chose a story to publish in our magazines. After that we get on the phones and sell cover placement and advertisement to politicians and business leaders while showing them shaking hands with our younger generation students. The P.R. is nonprofit and tax deductible. There is a National and Community magazine to choose from. All of the money goes to help struggling students. We even do personal charities.
Pathways to Happiness are policy suggestions for communities using the Happiness Index and scoring low in an area. Each one suggests policies and programs for when a community scores low in one area.
1. Dear Potential Sponsors,
My name is Mary Sabillena. I am writing to you and other members of the local business
community to introduce you to a very special project that I am working on and to ask for your
support.
I am in the process of launching Dream Catcher Healthcare, a nonprofit adult living home in
Tampa, Florida. I can think of no better way to say thank you to the generation that steered our
country for so many years. During my 30 years working in the medical field, I developed a deep
empathy with the elderly and found them to hold a great deal of wisdom. I built strong
relationships with them – relationships that were built on the foundation of mutual respect. I also
became interested learning as much as I could about age-related health issues, medical treatments
that are most effective, and exercises used in physical therapy for strengthening and range of
motion so that physical independence could be maintained for as long as possible.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 86.7 million people will be 65 or older by the year 2050.
This translates to an impressive 21% of the of our nation’s population! Many of them will remain
healthy and independent well into their 70s and 80s, but there comes a time when even the most
independent will face the challenge of managing to live without help. Family members will care
for some of them, but others will find themselves in need another alternative.
Believing that elderly care should be affordable, my
goal is to open an Adult Living Home that provides quality supervision and care in a home-like
setting that has a low operational cost and that encourages an independent active lifestyle. We all
deserve to enjoy our golden years in peace and security, and an elderly person’s financial status
should not factor in their quality of life.
I have a solid business plan in place, a source of staffing, a location, and a reasonable annual
operational budget of $159,517. In addition to reaching out to the community to help with startup
funding, I am also in the process of submitting requests for grants.
Your founding donation will directly impact the well-being of the elderly in our community who
want to remain independent. In appreciation for your support, your company’s name will be cited
on our website, our social media platforms, our signage, our press releases, and our promotional
materials. By joining others in the community who support our project, you will signal that you
are a ‘company that cares.’ We will also invite you deliver remarks at our grand opening.
2. If you have any questions about the Dream Catcher Healthcare project or our vision for the
future, please don’t hesitate to call me at 908-267-0520. I look forward to your support and your
involvement!
With deep appreciation,
Mary Sabillena
