This document discusses interpersonal behavior and the Johari window model. Interpersonal behavior is influenced by factors like communication skills, emotional intelligence, and social skills. The Johari window model categorizes what a person knows about themselves and what is known by others into four areas: open, blind, hidden, and unknown. Having an open personality where you share your thoughts and feelings with others builds relationships and improves communication, confidence, and overall development. Developing interpersonal skills involves self-reflection, effective listening, clear communication, and focusing on others.
