32.04 N < 37.34 N 
 From the analysis that have been made, we can see the value of thrust can produce 
a force for single system is 18.66N. As we know the weight of the model is 32.04 
N, because of that it need double system of thrust that can produce 37.34 N force 
which is more than the weight to be able to take off.
CCCCOOOONNNNCCCCLLLLUUUUSSSSIIIIOOOONNNN 
The development more focused on the propulsion system 
to the main objective to raise aircraft weighting less than 
4kg and the second objective is do configuration layout 
for propulsion system small ducted fan UAV. 
For the first planning, we planning used the glowplug 
engine, but to reduce the weight and save space, we 
choose brushless motor to replaced. Propulsion system 
used coaxial propeller to generate double thrust.
RECOMMENDATION 
 Review the system of remote control that can be implement 
on the aircraft . 
 Creating a more ergonomic design structure. 
Review the structure that can accommodate cargo aircraft 
such as camera, voice recorder, scanner and other mobile 
devices. 
 Diversification of the propulsion system, for example, the 
aircraft may use an internal combustion engine, electric 
motor or using solar energy.

  • 4. PROPULSION SYSTEM Propulsion means to push forward or drive an object forward. A propulsion system is a machine that produces thrust to push an object forward. Thrust is the force which moves any aircraft through the air.
  • 5. OBJECTIVE OF PROJECT To produce a configuration layout of propulsion system for ducted fan UAV by using SolidWork. To determine suitable propulsion system for small ducted fan UAV.

COMPARISON BBEETTWWEEEENN WWEEIIGGHHTT && TTHHRRUUSSTT 32.04 N < 37.34 N  From the analysis that have been made, we can see the value of thrust can produce a force for single system is 18.66N. As we know the weight of the model is 32.04 N, because of that it need double system of thrust that can produce 37.34 N force which is more than the weight to be able to take off.

CCCCOOOONNNNCCCCLLLLUUUUSSSSIIIIOOOONNNN The development more focused on the propulsion system to the main objective to raise aircraft weighting less than 4kg and the second objective is do configuration layout for propulsion system small ducted fan UAV. For the first planning, we planning used the glowplug engine, but to reduce the weight and save space, we choose brushless motor to replaced. Propulsion system used coaxial propeller to generate double thrust.
  • 19. RECOMMENDATION  Review the system of remote control that can be implement on the aircraft .  Creating a more ergonomic design structure. Review the structure that can accommodate cargo aircraft such as camera, voice recorder, scanner and other mobile devices.  Diversification of the propulsion system, for example, the aircraft may use an internal combustion engine, electric motor or using solar energy.
