My Mom Is The Best
Parents are one of the most beautiful things that could happen to anyone. They are always there by your side no matter what; they always want the
best for their children. They can be strict and protective, its because they love their kids and they don't want them to get hurt. My parents are
special to me because with all the hard time that they had to have me and my siblings in their life they still fought for us and didn't give up, even
after 17 years of trying. But for me? The greatest of all is my mom. She is the one that I look up too. She is the greatest of all. Simple, funny, strict,
protective, but yet she is the best. Knowing her for nineteen years of my life. Since the first day that I met her, it's always my mom that everyone
counts on her. She always has the answer to almost everything. She is always the first one that I go to when I'm down. Anytime I need her, she's
always the right person to go to whenever you need her. The one that I count on since I was an infant, she would be the one choosing my clothes in
our family gathering days, and till now 19 years of age I still count on her on helping me choosing my wardrobe. With all the ups and downs that we
have, as I grew up I realized everything she does is for a reason. We aren't a family that has a huge income; by other...show more content...

could be tomorrow if not tomorrow in a thousand years. Its best to keep your weakness to yourself and yourself only, because humans would attack

My Mother: The Best Mother
My mother has many wonderful traits, but there's a few that stand out. First of all, her wisdom is outstanding. She provides great advice no matter the
situation. Also, I'd say she has a positive mentality. She always has this optimistic point of view for everything. Ultimately, the trait that stands out in
her the most is compassion. It's incredible the way she shows compassion towards everyone. Her way of demonstrating compassion is very unique. She
always puts herself in everyone else's shoes, without naming their flaws. Overall, she the best mother I could have asked for.
Ever since day one, she has proven to be a wise woman. When preparing for a test she helps me by giving me useful advice on how to mentally
prepare for it. When in doubt...show more content...
He gave us the hospitals name and we instantly looked it up in the GPS and my mother drove us there. We quickly ran up to the floor where my
brother was being treated. As soon as we saw my father sitting in the waiting room my mother ran up him to ask him what did the doctors say
about my brother. He said that due to his grave condition he had to be placed in intensive care. That as soon as my brother's condition stabilized,
we would be able to see him. My mother was trying to be strong, I could see it in her eyes and in the way she talked. Since time was passing by and
we were already tired, my father took us to a hotel and left us there. He then went back to the hospital with my mother. Days went by and little
improvement was shown, things were beginning to look good. Nurses informed us that we were able to see my brother. But only two people can
be in the room at once. So both of my parents went in first. Then after a while, my brothers and I went in. He was in a bed asleep, he looked tired
and exhausted. We decided to leave and let him rest. Finally, a doctor came out the door and through the hallway looking for my parents. My mother
quickly stood up and asked him how was my brother doing. The doctor said that my brother had the flu and two other viruses that he had encountered
most probably in the previous hospital. My mother's face was sadness in every sense

Mother Essay : My Mother
My Mom Moms are the most special and pure beings in the world. They are that being who gives everything for love, for her home, for her children
and grandchildren. The mother is such a blessed woman that she endures so many things for the sake of her children, while many times we are
ungrateful to them, assuming that our mothers will always be there for us.
When moms still there with you, it is fortunate to have her, because the kind of love she gives is the purest you can ever find. My mom, for example,
is very special to me, since she has taught me how to live and how to value things in life. She has always been present at all times and has not spent a
single day in which she has forgotten to give me her blessing. she is the one who...show more content...
She always encourages me to work hard, stay focus and never give up. She has been a great example of how to be an excellent mother and wife. What I
admire most about her is that when I was a baby she used to work everyday and I am surprised that she always had time for me and her work, I mean
that working and taking care of a baby is very difficult. Everyday she gets up to work, to be sure that I have everything I need. She's a mother and wife
focused on giving her family the best of her. If my family were in need, she would do whatever it takes to get what is needed.
Another reason why my mother is very special is because she always makes space and takes time to go to my volleyball games. She sometimes has
to drive three or four hours and stay in a hotel just to be present in my games. She gets really involved in the game, she cheers a lot, and she is my
number one cheerleader. My mom sometimes takes goodies to treat my teammates. They all respect and love her because how she treats everyone
on the team. She gets excited and has a lot of fun in my games. I'm thankful for what my mom has done for me. Everyday she's looking for different
ways to improve my lifestyle. The sacrifices she has to make to help me move forward is something I will never be able to pay her back. There's
nothing better than share with her my challenges and achievements. I always ask God to bless me allowing me to have

What can one say about their mother? One may talk about her positive and negative characteristics. There are so many great traits I love and admire
about my mom, that it would be difficult and unfair to write about just one. Being strong, generous and optimistic are all some great personality traits,
which my mother possesses.
Ever since I can remember, my mother has been a strong individual. She raised my brother and I financially, emotionally, physically and spiritually
by herself. My mom gave her all, by that I mean, she worked two jobs to make sure her children ate properly and that they had the essential amenities
to grow happily and successfully. Another way she supported us was with love and care. My mom...show more content...
She would encourage me by simply saying, "Complaining is a useless way to solve problems, but becoming active on the issue is a great way to
conquer it. My mother My mother has always had strong faith and views in her religion. When I was younger, every day and night, she would bring
prayer time to me and my brother's attention. My mom instilled As a child, my mother displayed the seriousness of spirituality. In which she expressed
her faith in us at an early age, that prayer time was not the time to make jokes nor to complain about having to partake in it.
One lesson she taught us the most, was how seriousness about our spiritual beliefs could provide us with a substantial, stable and structural lifestyle.
My mother's heart is at its purest when giving. I witnessed my mother chip in and pay for people's rent, car notes, and buying them groceries. Although
my mother's intentions were good, occasionally, her generosity has been taken advantage of. One time a close friend of the family, came to my mother
in desperate need. He asked her to loan him a large amount of money, with the agreement that he would pay back in either monthly or weekly
installments. My mom never did see the money that was due to her. Despite the incident she still gives and encourages others to give, whether is it a
donation, or volunteering your time in your community. My

At age three I said "I love you mommy." At age seven I said, "Mom, stop kissing my cheek!" At age fifteen I say, "You're so annoying– I can't wait to
move out!" At age eighteen, I'll be saying "I miss home." At age twenty–seven I'll be saying "I miss my mom." At age forty I'll be saying "I miss you so
much; I wish you didn't have to go." My mom is the sun to my shine. My mother is a hard worker. She loves what she does for a living. She does
arrangements for peoples' houses. I've seen her work from 7 a.m. to midnight at times. The hard work pays off but most of her earnings go to bills or

She has the power to make you smile when you're down, make you cry by telling a story, keep you under control when you're too rowdy and get angry

saying, "Ohanna: Nobody gets left behind." This past summer we went on a cruise ship. The whole side of my mom's family had gone. I enjoyed
my time there, especially when we arrived in Cozumel, MX. One of the most embarrassing things that could happen to me frightened my mom to
death. Purging is said to make you lose weight. The banging on the restroom door startled me knowing I would be caught. From that point on she
took extra care of my health. Looking after what I ate, when I should exercise etc. When I was fourteen, my parents and I made a deal that if I lost
twenty pounds, I would be able to get my first tattoo. She supported me with it, thus, me losing the weight. Not everyone grows up with manners. I
have a high tolerance for respect. Growing up going to church every Sunday due to my mom helped me adapt to maturity. Not that I'm highly
bipolar, but I do lose my temper really drastically. I've been taught by my mom to forgive and forget. Through the worst of her times that people
have put her through; she forgives. She tells me I have the blood of my dad seeing as how I will always hold a grudge towards someone no matter
what. I know my mom wants the best for her kids,

My Mother In My Life
My mother is a very complicated woman. I believe the best way to describe her would be, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions." I know,
weird way to start off my literary story, right? As much as I do not like my mother, I love her, and respect her. While I am being honest, I owe my
work ethic and a vast majority of my success to her, as much as I hate to admit it. The way she lived her life, most college graduates and the societal
hoity toity types would raise their noses to. However, you can't deny her dedication to her children and their education, she is the start of my literacy
journey. My mother wasn't always...how do it put this? Let's go with questionable, and she was stable and the picture–perfect mother when she was
married to my father. My mother and father thought it would be beneficial for her to stay at home with my twin brother and I. Flash cards were
always there, before Kindergarten my mom made sure my twin and I could count to 100, we knew our ABC's, we could write our names, our
parents' names, knew our address and phone number. Every Thursday we went to the public library for story time and to pick out our books for
the week. Before nap and before bed we would read one of Miguel's books and one of mine, some of the books we read so much that my brother
and I memorized the stories. We would even pretend to read those favorite stories. As the years went on and we went to school my mother was super
involved. She had all our grades emailed to her,

My Mother And Mother
My mother was my primary caregiver throughout all of my childhood. While my father was in the picture for a majority of my childhood, he was
also a severe alcoholic which greatly impacted my upbringing. My rules, obligations, and expectations were not always set in stone and did often
depend on the time, situation, and/or mood of my parents. I think it is normal for parents to differ slightly in their parenting styles occasionally. As a
young kid I remember my sister and I being very aware that the mood my mother was in greatly contributed to the outcome of a question or event. I
think most, if not all of us can relate to this. Overall however, I would say that my mother had an authoritative parenting style. My mother made is very
clear that she was the parent and in charge, however she was welcoming and understanding enough that I felt comfortable coming to her with
questions or problems. My mom was also very encouraging and supportive. She always pushed me to do my best but never made me feel bad if I
did not reach my goals. I was lucky to have such a great relationship with my mom, not everyone does. As a young teenager I had many friends who
would come to me with questions and concerns because they knew my mom was so open–minded and understanding. My mom was always my parent
first and my friend second. I knew what was expected of me and I was disciplined for bad behavior, however I always knew I could go to her with
anything I needed.
My father, like many addicts was

My Mother Is My Mom
Growing up I've always had my mom and my grandmother taking care of me but, at times my mom would always have to work and I hated it. My
mom worked late hours or went in early in the morning. Everyday I always wondered why did she have to leave, why couldn't she just stay home
with us, was it that hard for her to just stay home? My granny did her very best taking care of us and I loved her so much for that. There was still
always this though in my head everyday that i always thought of and that was "would mommy ever take off work and spend more time with us".

My Mom Essay
My mom is the most important person to me, and I look up to her so much! She volunteers in so many different things in the community, and that's
what makes her such a good role model to me. I think she passed on a lot of her good traits to me, which I am very grateful for!
She grew up on a farm near Buxton, North Dakota, and had a younger sister and brother. AfterHigh School in Climax, she was off to NDSU! "I'm
going to live in a BIG city with my husband being a city man," she always said when she was young. That all changed when she met my dad at
NDSU. She never expected to fall in love with a farm kid from NDSU, but she did. After college, they got married and moved out to our farm here. I

She is also the best cook, and I don't think I could survive without her food! She always makes sure we eat the best meals every day, and cooks a wide
variety of the most delicious food. My favorite food is stir–fry, and she can make ultimate stir–fry! She's even taught me how to cook and prepare it.
My mom works so hard every day cooking meals for events she's volunteered at, and is always baking the most delicious goodies for every occasion.
When my dad and our hired men are operating out in the field, she always makes sure to bring out mouthwatering meals for them! Cooking is one of
her best talents, and I hope one day I can be as good as a cook as her!
The only fault about her is that...she speeds a lot. She's like a cheetah on the highway!! She's definitely very prone to speeding, which is why my
dad and the workers on our farm regard her as "110 Jen", because sometimes it seems she's going 110 miles per hour! At least it means when she
bolts down the highway as fast as she can we get to our destination faster on long road trips!
I hope one day I will turn out to be like my mom, because I think she is an example of a person who is not only kind, but also talented, generous, and
so supportive and understanding. She always tells me to "Treat others how you want to be treated," and that's the motto by which she lives by. We
know we love each other so much, and I couldn't imagine living in a world with a different mom. She is the best

A Biography On My Mom
I wrote a biography on my mom because she is basically an older and wiser me, but her childhood wasn't exactly as easy. Lashae Damore Bibbins
was born on March fifteenth, 1970 in Los Angeles California at the UCLA Medical Center. She was born on her dad's birthday and unfortunately, the
day her father's best friend died from a car incident. Lashae's parents are Lucille and John Jefferson.
Her first memory was when she was four or three years old in pre–school called Kimberly Ann in 1973. Lashae says, "I remember they had an ugly red
carpet, and I refused to take a nap till the teacher said "okay just lay down quietly". I used to watch a T.V show called "H.R. Puffin Stuff." There
was a red flute, an ugly green witch and the trees moved and talked." Lashae's mom especially remembers when Lashae would cry every time she
dropped her off, which gave her a headache. As a child Lashae was most afraid of dying. She would think about it all the time and scare herself. She
also remembers the weekends when she was young. "Saturdays were the best because I was able to watch cartoons all morning while drinking hot
chocolate and eating toast with grape jelly. My favorite t.v–show to this day was the Brady Bunch."
Lashae had two siblings. Her unreliable older brother, Maurice, who she thought was very weird because he would always lie and steal from their family
and an annoying younger sister, Meme, who at the time lived to make Lashae's life miserable by pretending that Lashae hurt

Becoming a Mom Changed My Life Essay
Two of the greatest days of my life were the days my daughters were born. The first time I held the both of them and gazed into their eyes I felt a
sense of relief and hope. The feeling is a warm tingling sensation that engulfed my entire body. The emotions that I felt are beyond what words can
explain. It's amazing to me that in the first few minutes of their lives they completely changed my perception of the world.
Motherhood has taught me many life lessons. Before becoming a mother, I was a self centered child. I had no motivation to succeed. All I was worried
about was where the next party was. At that time I had no want to try because I was so scared to fail. I was slowly progressing to go nowhere and do
nothing with my life....show more content...
They just want to learn about the world around them. They have inspired me to go out and try new things. Every day they grow a little bit more
independent. As they grow, I grow.
I have learned a lot about success from my daughters. For example, I watched them learn to walk. They weeble, they wobble and fall down. But no
matter how many times they fall, they get up and try again. It has taught me that no matter what obstacles occur, if I just continue to try I can and will
succeed.
My daughters are my motivation to succeed. Each day I work very hard to provide for them. Some days I really just want to give up. I don't want to
be a student, I don't want to work. I just want to quit. But when I think to myself how their faces light up at the sight of me, Mommy. I realize that if I
quit now I'm quitting on them. It is no longer about my wants and needs it is about their wants and needs first.
The greatest reward of being a mother is the love I share with my children. It is like no other. It is pure and unconditional. There is no greater
feeling than when my two year old say "Mommy I love you" or when my ten month old gives me kisses. The love we share is the greatest gift from
God that I have ever received.
In the short time that I have been a mother I have learned many things. I have realized that every day is a learning experience. I have taken the mistakes
that I have made and learned from them. My children have pushed me to strive for

My Mother, My Friend
My Mother, My Friend It is not easy, moving back home with your parents as an adult. Especially when you are the parent of grown children
yourself. Due to circumstances beyond my control, that is what I had to do. Although I had been out of my parents home for over thirty years and
had been married (and divorced) moving back home kind of felt like I had never left. I believe that is because my parents were treating me as though
I was the unruly teenager I once was. That and the fact I was in MY bedroom. I choose to do my relationship analysis paper on my relationship with my
mother Juanita. My mom has Alzheimer's, and communication can be frustrating at times. The three communication concepts I will focus on are, 1.
Becoming a better listener, 2, Expressing myself to her in a way she can better understand and 3. Paying better attention to her nonverbal cues. I
love my mother dearly, and want to be able to communicate with her the best we can. My mother is one of the most important people in my life. In
fact, she is probably THE most important person in my life. She is beautiful, she is kind, she is thoughtful and she is honest. She is a good wife,
mother, grandmother and great grandmother. There is not a mean bone in her body. I have worked for the last fifteen years doing in Home Health
Care for Alzheimer's patients and their families, so when my mom got diagnosed I was devastated. I was devastated because I know how this game

Best Mom Around
My Mother did not just help me through challenges; but taught me to be a better person. Rachel, my older sister, and I decided to take my Mom to a
restaurant called Bj's for her birthday. The restaurant was located out in Los Angeles off the usual busy street. However this birthday will be one of
the worst family birthdays I have ever been to. Disappearing to the restroom, emerging into a fight between her and my sister, and ended in rage
towards her. The time getting to our destination went well with nice greetings and catching up with recent events. However, these good starts are
usual with my Mom, only because her past does not get the best of her. My Mom has a horrible way of dealing with the past in the present. She
simply drinks her feelings away. So it was just a matter of time when she would have herself a drink and get drunk; however, we never thought she
would screw up on her birthday. She knows that the entire family hates it when she drinks because she cannot control herself mentally and
physically. My Mom tells us, "I am going to the bathroom now, I will be right back." The rest of us talked at the nice dark oak table with some
sort of dark brown leather booths. Also had a pleasant yellow candle that ended up to be a fake battery powered one. As she returns from the
bathroom, walking down a nice scruffy black and brown designed carpet, we noticed something was off right away. Quickly realizing she came back
from having a drink, but my sister and I ignored

me, I try not to regret anything that I've done. I accept what was, cherish what is, and hope for a future that is filled with promise in the things to

Being A Mother : My Life Of My Mother
My mother is the most diligent worker I know and I highly respect her for that. My mom, sister, and I moved across the globe to find better
opportunities for jobs and Education. She worked two jobs as a single mother, and was still able to take care of and support my sister and me in
anything we aspired to do. Being a mother itself is difficult enough because it is an everyday job with no brakes or vacation. She is the person who
inspires me and the person who motivates me to do my best at everything I do. To her, my sister and I's happiness was worth more to her than her
own and for that I truly believe she is the best person in the world. Even when things get hard for her, she does not take time out for herself. During the
death of my grandfather, she had no time to grieve over him because she told us that she has work to keep my sister and I fed and happy. That was
when I realized that if she is going through all the gruelling effort just to keep me and my sister happy, then my goal in life would just to give back to
her by making her proud of me. With her as my motivation I joined things that would make her proud. Freshmen year, I auditioned for thehigh school

my first time traveling with the school across the country to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York, one of the most prestigious halls to perform in the

Growing up in a poor family, my mother must work very hard to earn her living since an early age. Due to shortage of material condition, she herself
has trained an extremely strong will and ability to sedately deal with each difficulty and stand up to move on from her failures. I vividly
remember the calamity poured down on my family when my mother' business went bankrupt. We had to sell our house and leave for another town
to begin from "zero". This critical time made every member in my family really upset. But it was my mother, the persistent and brave women,
strongly stood up and started over again after this great adversity. Each of her failures, her grief, and the way she overcame difficulties to move on
has made an indelible impression in my mind, leaving me with precious lessons about the values of strong wills and indefatigable endeavors to
firmly confront with setbacks and bravely conquer them. There was time when I felt that there was no more hope in life, that I felt very weary and
was about to give up everything. After the constant moving from one place to another and my grades slipping down the drain I was unable to deal
with any small problems and felt embarrassed to meet my relatives and friends. However, that was also the time that I acquired from my mother how
to learn from her mistakes and developed my own set of tools to take more lessons from them to realize the proper meanings of determination.

your best friend".
Your mom is your best friend, sister, and your whole life. She helps you be successful and always wants what's best for you and your future. Mothers
choose to go through tough times and rocky roads just to make sure that her off sprigs are in a good shape and are in excellent health. Mothers would

A Moment With My Mother
Did you ever know a moment that somehow set a course for the rest of your future? That moment for me is when I met my mother. It's funny how I
don't really remember that moment , but it will impact me for the rest of my life. I lerato Scott was born to Martha Bok on September 30,1999 in
Pretoria , South Africa. I weighed in at about 2.6 pounds. Nice and healthy right? I lived with Martha for a short time after my birth, but due to her
Tuberculosis and HIV AIDS she was unable to take care of me. At the time I was around 18 months I was brought to a Place of Safety, but was soon
hospitalized when I started showing signs of TB. Along with TB I was battling herpes and ear infections as well as severe eczema. My eczema was
so bad that it left my skin raw and bleeding. Every body craves that you can think of was cracked and bleeding. My neck , behind my ears , my
armpits. You name it. Now normally at 18 months babies start to crawl around or even begin talking. Due to severe malnourishment I was doing none
of these things. I even had plateaued in my growth at this point.
I often ask my mother how she came to find me or how she even ended up in South Africa . Everytime she tells me she says it was purely a God thing.
Dana Scott was working as a missionary at a place called Bethesda Outreach Ministries when I was placed in her care. Bethesda is an organization that
provides orphans with a safe and loving family.
When I came into my mother's home I was an absolute

My Most Important Mentors In My Life : My Mother
I could say I have many mentors in my life, but my most important mentor is my mom. A mentor to me is someone who critically guides you
through your life decisions and provokes endless learning from their life experiences and wisdom. The only person who meets my idea of a
mentor is my mom. I have known her since birth and have always felt loved and cared by her. She gives me every tool I could possibly need to
succeed through primary school and onto postsecondary schooling. She has always given me words of encouragement, been honest when I am in
the wrong, and has always pushed me to reach my potential. I went to my mom on a Sunday, which is family day in our house. We went out to
lunch with my brother since he was visiting from college, and I got the opportunity to ask my mom about her views on Mitch's and my topics. In
my conversation with my mom we talked about three topics; A meaningful life, Family, and Education. Mitch's first topic was what it means to have
a meaningful life. My mom believes that what it means to have a meaningful life, is that it should not be defined by money or other people's
opinions. But rather it should be defined by your happiness and compassion for the things you do in your everyday life. When discussing Mitch's
second topic, family, my mom believes that the most important thing is that family is there for you to be honest, and to be critical of your decisions
in life. We both agreed they should be supportive of your passions and beliefs,

My Best Friend Is My Mom
My Best Friend and Why It's My Mom
I am lucky enough to say that I have had the same best friend over the course of my entire life. That person is my mother. I never had many friends.
I was shy and awkward as a girl, but my mom was always my number one fan. She's always been my best friend. She's the one I look to most often
when I need to talk. She's the first person I turn to when I need someone to be in my corner. She's the first one to turn my sad day into a happy one.
The one who turns my frown upside down. I used to be embarrassed to tell people that my mom was my best friend. Hanging out with your mom
wasn't the coolest thing to do when you were a kid. It's why we have them drop us off around the corner when driving us to a party....show more

We enjoyed the time we spent together.
In the same way, we enjoy joining hands in the kitchen. Finding new recipes and making them into our own is something that we've always bonded
over. Cooking is the greatest way to create memories and form bonds, and mine was formed with my mother. My first attempts at cooking were
simplistic – peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, grilled cheese, spaghetti with a jar of sauce poured on top. Fortunately, my skills improved over the
years thanks to my mother's help. Every night I would watch her cook a fabulous meal for the family and I was her sous chef. I would watch her
meticulously follow a recipe she found online, but leaving out the onions because she knew of my distaste for them, or I would watch her create a
recipe out of whatever was available in the kitchen. As time went on the kitchen became a safe place where we could talk about anything. She'd open
up about her fears and concerns and let me know it was okay to do the same. Our bond as mother and daughter only grew stronger as we shared our
deepest thoughts while chopping vegetables.
As a result, I tell my mom everything. As soon as something significant or meaningful happens in my life I can't wait to share the news with my best
friend. I know my mom will always be the happiest for me when I tell her my good news. She's the one I look to for council when something is
bothering me. She's the first one to give me a shoulder to cry on when I

My Mom Essay
My mom is my hero because of all the things she has done for me. She has my back no matter what and is always on the bright side. But to go off
track for a little minute I was born in Seattle, Washington. My mom was Born In Mogadishu, Somalia but moved from her country at the age of 15.
She went off with her mom aka my sweet little grandma. They had to go through a lot starting over and getting to the united states. But luckily my
mom and grandmother made it here to Minnesota. My mom and grandma quickly moved to a city called rochester only because the rest of my
grandmother's family had gone off to there. They quickly adapted and made sense of what was happening.
But moving on my mom and my grandmother were the only two who came to live...show more content...
She said in her teenage years she had me and that I was a big deal. She would stay up on at nights for me and that she fell behind in school because
of me. But she said she done it because she loved me and that she wasn't going to quit. Happily I was the first born because now im in highschool
and I can make her proud by graduating. When I asked my mom what a great deal of satisfaction was in her life she responded with "There's only
one". She proceeded and said that me entering high school was just that. She went on about how she would love to see me graduate and succeed. She
said that it made her think about life. She said that me entering high school made her think about college and growing up and just elevating in life.
My mom said her mom made a difference in her life but theres one other person she admires. My mom admires my aunt sarah because she started a
community center to help people. But also the fact that she has a degree and is still studing to get a doctorate. But going back to what I was saying
she admires my aunt. She also said that she admires her mom because of all the things that she has gone through. But also that because she has her
back and is there for her. But also to talk about future accomplishments my mom said that she wants the accomplishment of moving into a house. That
is because we have been in an apartment building for about 2 years. She said it would give

Narrative Essay About My Mom
Something about my mom just helps me always stay positive. Whether it's the way she lives life to the fullest, the troubles that she has gone
through, or the way she bounces back from those troubles. My mom has always kept her positive act on, and I don't know how she does it. She
will always be the person in the room that is the most bubbly and excited about life. She has gone through hard times but though hope has guided
her through hard experiences with life. My mom lost her dad when she was older but it still had a big impact on her. I think that my grandpas death
was one of the most difficult things my mom has gone through. My grandpa or my moms dad passed away February 6th 2004. My moms dad had a
heart attack when he was in the car. My mom has always said that she thinks he was driving to the hospital. I have always thought that my...show more

My mom think about her dad everyday and think about the positive impact he had on her. My mom tells us stories about what he dad would do if
he was still with us now. Throughout the stories my mom has told us I know many characteristics of my grandpa. My favorite stories are the ones
that my mom likes the best, which are all of them. My mom has always told my sister and I if we ever want to talk to our grandpa or be with him
he is always there for us and here with us even though he isn't here. She also had bears made for us so we could be with our grandpa and act as
though the bear is him. My sister and I sleep with our bears on our bed every night, this helps us sleep and get a better night's rest. The reason the
bears are so special to us is because they are made from my grandpas robe. This is important to me, because even though my has a hard time with the
situation she still helps other people with the situation. As you can tell my mom can act as though nothing is wrong and help other people. That's why
she represents

My Mom Is The Best

  • 1. My Mom Is The Best Parents are one of the most beautiful things that could happen to anyone. They are always there by your side no matter what; they always want the best for their children. They can be strict and protective, its because they love their kids and they don't want them to get hurt. My parents are special to me because with all the hard time that they had to have me and my siblings in their life they still fought for us and didn't give up, even after 17 years of trying. But for me? The greatest of all is my mom. She is the one that I look up too. She is the greatest of all. Simple, funny, strict, protective, but yet she is the best. Knowing her for nineteen years of my life. Since the first day that I met her, it's always my mom that everyone counts on her. She always has the answer to almost everything. She is always the first one that I go to when I'm down. Anytime I need her, she's always the right person to go to whenever you need her. The one that I count on since I was an infant, she would be the one choosing my clothes in our family gathering days, and till now 19 years of age I still count on her on helping me choosing my wardrobe. With all the ups and downs that we have, as I grew up I realized everything she does is for a reason. We aren't a family that has a huge income; by other...show more content... • 2. My Mother: The Best Mother My mother has many wonderful traits, but there's a few that stand out. First of all, her wisdom is outstanding. She provides great advice no matter the situation. Also, I'd say she has a positive mentality. She always has this optimistic point of view for everything. Ultimately, the trait that stands out in her the most is compassion. He said that due to his grave condition he had to be placed in intensive care. That as soon as my brother's condition stabilized, we would be able to see him. There are so many great traits I love and admire about my mom, that it would be difficult and unfair to write about just one. Being strong, generous and optimistic are all some great personality traits, which my mother possesses. Ever since I can remember, my mother has been a strong individual. She raised my brother and I financially, emotionally, physically and spiritually by herself. My mom instilled As a child, my mother displayed the seriousness of spirituality. One lesson she taught us the most, was how seriousness about our spiritual beliefs could provide us with a substantial, stable and structural lifestyle. My mother's heart is at its purest when giving. I witnessed my mother chip in and pay for people's rent, car notes, and buying them groceries. Although my mother's intentions were good, occasionally, her generosity has been taken advantage of. One time a close friend of the family, came to my mother in desperate need. He asked her to loan him a large amount of money, with the agreement that he would pay back in either monthly or weekly installments. My mom never did see the money that was due to her. • 6. My Mother In My Life My mother is a very complicated woman. I believe the best way to describe her would be, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions." I know, weird way to start off my literary story, right? As much as I do not like my mother, I love her, and respect her. While I am being honest, I owe my work ethic and a vast majority of my success to her, as much as I hate to admit it. The way she lived her life, most college graduates and the societal hoity toity types would raise their noses to. However, you can't deny her dedication to her children and their education, she is the start of my literacy journey. My mother wasn't always...how do it put this? Let's go with questionable, and she was stable and the picture–perfect mother when she was married to my father. My mother and father thought it would be beneficial for her to stay at home with my twin brother and I. Flash cards were always there, before Kindergarten my mom made sure my twin and I could count to 100, we knew our ABC's, we could write our names, our parents' names, knew our address and phone number. Every Thursday we went to the public library for story time and to pick out our books for the week. Before nap and before bed we would read one of Miguel's books and one of mine, some of the books we read so much that my brother and I memorized the stories. While my father was in the picture for a majority of my childhood, he was also a severe alcoholic which greatly impacted my upbringing. My rules, obligations, and expectations were not always set in stone and did often depend on the time, situation, and/or mood of my parents. I think it is normal for parents to differ slightly in their parenting styles occasionally. As a young kid I remember my sister and I being very aware that the mood my mother was in greatly contributed to the outcome of a question or event. I think most, if not all of us can relate to this. Overall however, I would say that my mother had an authoritative parenting style. My mother made is very clear that she was the parent and in charge, however she was welcoming and understanding enough that I felt comfortable coming to her with questions or problems. My mom was also very encouraging and supportive. She always pushed me to do my best but never made me feel bad if I did not reach my goals. I was lucky to have such a great relationship with my mom, not everyone does. As a young teenager I had many friends who would come to me with questions and concerns because they knew my mom was so open–minded and understanding. Lashae Damore Bibbins was born on March fifteenth, 1970 in Los Angeles California at the UCLA Medical Center. She was born on her dad's birthday and unfortunately, the day her father's best friend died from a car incident. Lashae's parents are Lucille and John Jefferson. Her first memory was when she was four or three years old in pre–school called Kimberly Ann in 1973. Lashae says, "I remember they had an ugly red carpet, and I refused to take a nap till the teacher said "okay just lay down quietly". I used to watch a T.V show called "H.R. Puffin Stuff." There was a red flute, an ugly green witch and the trees moved and talked." Lashae's mom especially remembers when Lashae would cry every time she dropped her off, which gave her a headache. As a child Lashae was most afraid of dying. She would think about it all the time and scare herself. She also remembers the weekends when she was young. "Saturdays were the best because I was able to watch cartoons all morning while drinking hot chocolate and eating toast with grape jelly. My favorite t.v–show to this day was the Brady Bunch." Lashae had two siblings. Her unreliable older brother, Maurice, who she thought was very weird because he would always lie and steal from their family and an annoying younger sister, Meme, who at the time lived to make Lashae's life miserable by pretending that Lashae hurt Get more content on HelpWriting.net

The only person who meets my idea of a mentor is my mom. I have known her since birth and have always felt loved and cared by her. She gives me every tool I could possibly need to succeed through primary school and onto postsecondary schooling. She has always given me words of encouragement, been honest when I am in the wrong, and has always pushed me to reach my potential. I went to my mom on a Sunday, which is family day in our house. We went out to lunch with my brother since he was visiting from college, and I got the opportunity to ask my mom about her views on Mitch's and my topics. In my conversation with my mom we talked about three topics; A meaningful life, Family, and Education. Mitch's first topic was what it means to have a meaningful life. My mom believes that what it means to have a meaningful life, is that it should not be defined by money or other people's opinions. But rather it should be defined by your happiness and compassion for the things you do in your everyday life. When discussing Mitch's second topic, family, my mom believes that the most important thing is that family is there for you to be honest, and to be critical of your decisions in life. We both agreed they should be supportive of your passions and beliefs, Get more content on HelpWriting.net

She's the first person I turn to when I need someone to be in my corner. She's the first one to turn my sad day into a happy one. The one who turns my frown upside down. Finding new recipes and making them into our own is something that we've always bonded over. Cooking is the greatest way to create memories and form bonds, and mine was formed with my mother. My first attempts at cooking were simplistic – peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, grilled cheese, spaghetti with a jar of sauce poured on top. Fortunately, my skills improved over the years thanks to my mother's help. Every night I would watch her cook a fabulous meal for the family and I was her sous chef. I would watch her meticulously follow a recipe she found online, but leaving out the onions because she knew of my distaste for them, or I would watch her create a recipe out of whatever was available in the kitchen. As time went on the kitchen became a safe place where we could talk about anything. She'd open up about her fears and concerns and let me know it was okay to do the same. Our bond as mother and daughter only grew stronger as we shared our deepest thoughts while chopping vegetables. As a result, I tell my mom everything. As soon as something significant or meaningful happens in my life I can't wait to share the news with my best friend. I know my mom will always be the happiest for me when I tell her my good news. She's the one I look to for council when something is bothering me. She's the first one to give me a shoulder to cry on when I Get more content on HelpWriting.net
