• Experience pulling date from Ethernet ports to for switch port, Vlan and switch name for
Network troubleshooting. Done through Fluke, Wireshark or TCPdump script.
• Basic experience installing and configuring Cisco SRX switches in IT closet.
• Installed and configured Ruckus wireless access points.
• Upgraded hardware from Juniper to Cisco switches.
• Installed, upgraded and remotely managed Apple Mac Mini for printing system.
