4. This project involves construction of two story new cargo building, Terminal building
(Renovation), two story Pier building with Boarding bridge, Two story new departure building,
two story new Arrival building, water supply system, Water treatment plant and Sewage
treatment plant. Estimated cost is 12 billion.
Job Responsibilities
1. I have gained experience in following works.
 Verification of joint measurements. Taking of quantity from shop drawing for
Interim valuation and Final Account Statements
 Reviewing and verification of interim valuation for interim Payment Certificates.
 Evaluation of varied work
2. I have prepared measurements for following systems.
 Main feeder and power wiring system, Power control panel board installation,
Lighting panel board installation, Clock system, MATV system, CCTV camera
system, Low and extra voltage system, Public address system, Flight information
display system, Automatic fire alarm system, Lightning protection system,
Generator installation, 1600KVA Transformer installation, Installation of
escalator.
 Installation of air conditioning system which are chillers, cooling towers, piping,
ducting etc.

This project involves construction and completion of 27 luxury apartments and a shopping
complex provided with all the modern day facilities.
2. Head Office ( 96.08.21 – 96.10.02 )
Electrical accessories evaluation for all construction sites and site inspection.
3. University of Rajarata Project ( 96.10.03 – 96.12.14 )
This project involves construction and completion of Vice Chancellor and Dean Quarters
and Lecture Halls.
4. Air Force Head Quarters Project ( 96.12.15 – 2001.07.31 ).
This project involves construction and completion of 14 stories and a helipad area for
helicopter landing.
5. De Soyza Hospital Project (2001.08.01 – 2002.01.21).
Construction and completion of 3 story building provided with labour room , operation
theatres and children words.
6. Printing Press Government project (2002.01.22 – 03.04.24)
Construction and completion of 3 story building.
7. National Hospital Project (2003.04.25 – 2004 .04 09 )
Construction and completion of 5 story building provided with words and intensive care
units.
