Tasks:- In this function I was responsible for the functional test and calibration of electronic
equipment used in the photovoltaic and semiconductor industry and this in an international

Overview: Fluor/AMEC is a multinational corporation specialized in the execution of various
water & power projects which is currently undertaking the rehabilitation and restoration of water
and power projects, respectively, in Iraq. Its office in Iraq is located at the International Zone.
Function: Electrical Engineer
Duties: > Working on Task Order 10 & 11 water treatment and sewer projects in Iraq.
> Field work in performing rehabilitation of water projects all over Iraq Visit the
projects and Make a Reports, mainly in the governorates: Najaf, Hila, Nasiriya, Erbil,
Sulaimaniyah, Basra & Kirkuk.
> Worked on water pumps maintenance and operation as well as on maintenance and
supervision of operation of cranes, cables extension and installation, alum mixers, etc.
> Familiar with making an inventory to be applied to the Iraqi State’s departments,
these inventory activities cover warehouse materials plus fleet of water departments in addition
to chemicals such as Chlorine, Alum & bleaching powder . Also to prepare an updated detailed
inventory lists of materials & equipment in general.
> Gave training lectures to directors of Iraqi water department and to the Ministry of
Water in the Erbil and Arab Egypt Republic, such training course aims at improvement &
development of the directors & staff’s information in respect of the inventory process and
Warehouse Management & Fleet Management their applications through certain computers
software.
> Paid a working visit to Water, Sewerage & Sanitary Drainage of the Arab Egypt

experience in fixing UPS for computer and design of electronic circuits. Al sp experienced in
electronic & power maintenance and of full range domestic electronics equipment such as TV. ,
monitor of computer, video, VCR’s, DVD’s and power surge protection equipment.
3 On a part-time work basis for Al-Hindiyah Club, Baghdad since 14/June/2000 to 2007,
involving purely electrical engineering tasks such as maintenance, operation & supervision
of electric generators & other appliances along with troubleshooting any sort of electrical
defects or problems exist in the building or its various equipment .
