I am definitely a visual learner, I enjoy using pictures, graphs, and being able to highlight major and minor links. For example, whenever I would
start a new position for a job, I would need to go thru training, I would learn the new position from a hands on perspective, I learned and asorbed
more by being able to do the job then just by watching someone else do there job. During the training I would need to sit and watch how that person
did there job and would take notes on what I was learning by sitting with that person. I also learned by being able to sit at there desk and watch me do

I Am A Visual Learner
I'm a visual learner and I'm going to tell you about that. I need to view what I need to do before I do it. I want an example of what I'm supposed to
be in charge of before I do it. I want to physically look at what to do before I even try it. Viewing a person do what I'm trying to help me. I also
learn by doing physical stuff. I enjoy talking with my hand gestures and I'm also active. I enjoy doing physical activities that help my concentration.
I also do have difficulty sitting still. Moving around helps. Taking breaks also helps my concentration. If I decide to break, it gives my brain time to

their response. I have also used visuals for all students when creating daily calendars. I had individualized schedules with both pictures and words
which included all of the students related services pull out times. The students took their picture off after they completed the activity and felt success.

Visual Learning

I 'm a visual learner for sure, but all the choices displayed the same result and it's not right at all. I 'm a visual learner not an auditory or the other one. I

With Visual styles, I can access what I am learning efficiently. As a Visual Learner, I must learn by expressing the subject repeatedly. Pictures,
projects, and presentations are the most effective way of learning for me. Furthermore, it can help me during tests or assignment. Usually, visual
learners study alone and listen to soft music to focus on our work. We would also use highlighters and flashcards to focus on the main idea of the

A learning style is a term used to describe the ways in which people gather, interpret, and store information. Each style can be broken down into a
category based on sensory needs: auditory, visual, and tactile. The presumption is that you will best retain the information presented to you if the
conditions of your learning style meet. Based on the idea that learning styles exist, I consider myself a visual learner. I prefer to write instructions and
keep my thoughts organized. I generate ideas based on reading examples or watching instructional videos. As a child, my preferences were lined

Working with faceless people is the biggest adjustment I am making. I enjoy physical human interaction and I do not have that luxury online. I find
that the lack of immediate visual feedback often puts me in a state of panic. The faceless set–up will not change. "Online education is here to stay"
(Drago & Wagner, 2004, para. 5), but I can adjust my mindset. I must look for alternate ways to relate with others; stop looking for visual cues,
and remember that I am in an asynchronous learning environment. The next best thing to physical interaction is communicating by telephone or, if
possible, video conferencing tools like Skype. In a world that practically operates daily on Instant (IM), text, and Private (PM) Messages, it should be
effortless to apply these to my academic life. Feedback will come; I just need to be more patient. Living in a society that has and continues to condition
us to instant gratification, it pays to slow down for sanity's sake.
