though, not everyone who texts and drives hurts someone, people do it daily and their fine. The fact is that it only takes one time to do it, and
something goes wrong, for someone to get seriously hurt. Having a law that prohibits the use of phone while driving is something that should be
upheld everywhere because it limits their driving ability's physically and mentally, making their driving unsafe for everyone. If they drive with their
full ability, the less accidents will occur. This law is set to protect peoples' lives, not to control when they can or can't use their phone. This being said
