3. On the photo 1.1 the best way to describe this social behavior is schemas. A schema is a mental concept
which informs a person about what to expect from a variety of experiences and situations. Schemas are
developed based on information provided by life experiences and are then stored in memory. Our brains
create and use schemas as a short cut to make future encounters with similar situations easier to navigate. A
very good example is that in the photo 1.1, by using the schemas, as can be seen that the young teenager
who is wearing the white T-shirt which about to take his order for a meal. As he has been experience in this
situation countless times as from the period where he was a children till teenager. Hence that when he have
developed this schemas under him, whenever he enter a fast food restaurant he will automatically trigger the
process action of approach the counter taking the order and then pay the amount.
