A PMO leader with broad ranging experience in the
implementation of foundational PMO structures
and practices into global companies within nuclear,
aerospace, finance and IT & Telecoms,
demonstrating the value this delivers at the most
senior levels within her organisations and
throughout each function. With experience in both
Waterfall and Agile practices we are working
through how these methodologies can be tailored
for the specific challenges that PMO faces within
organisations.
The journey of the IT PMO at Magnox, exploring the
opportunities and challenges of embedding PMO
and PPM practices into a developing Digital and IT
Function. Highlighting the need to have visible
mission control and standards whilst still aligning
with company standards, whilst building and
maintaining senior executive sponsorship and
project team engagement.
