Resource Manager, Holden Ltd February 2006 to February 2008. Monitoring of all
waste streams through both visual and informative mediums. Continual liaison with
Holden contract representative to ensure compliance with all aspects of the
contract. Preparation and provision of monthly management reports to Holden
management on the results of waste resources in conjunction with production.

Regional Manager SA for over 3 years. Responsible for all company operations in SA
including financial, marketing & business development, operations and logistics and
reporting directly to the CEO Australia. During this period I have attended in my capacity
as Regional Manager and Manager Special Projects, the following:
London England – June 04 to July 04.
 Area Manager Wimbledon Championships
London, England – June 05 to September 05. Manager Special Projects following the
resignation of the National Operations Manager for Cleanevent in London. My brief was to
oversee:
 The implementation of our new contracts for Tottenham Hotspurs FC at White Hart
Lane and Fulham FC at Craven Cottage. Negotiations with the client, assessment of
requirements to meet contractual obligations, interview and hire staff including venue
managers, resource equipment requirements, generation of financial reports and
ensure a smooth transition from previous contractor. Contract involved a number of
sites around London and in the country, which were owned by the football clubs.
Financial management of the contract and implementation of new procedures to
improve efficiencies and delivery. During this period, I also consulted to the architects
for the waste management and cleaning for the Millennium Dome project.
 During my sojourn in London in 2004 as Manager Special Projects, I was also involved
with the following events and venues:

 In Adelaide, as Regional Manager SA, I was responsible for all Cleanevent
Australia’s business reporting directly to the CEO in Melbourne. Having managed
the Clipsal 500 contract for cleaning and waste for the years 2003 to 2005, I was
accountable for all aspects of the business including liaison with Halliburton KBR
and South Australian Motor Sport Board. The contract for the Clipsal required the
following:
Employment of 200 staff
Employment of 15 supervisors/area mangers
Financial management or a budget in excess of $300K for a 4-day
event.
Full accountability for all deliverables
Dynamic and immediate response to all requests from the client.
Full financial accountability to CEO Cleanevent Australia
Constant liaison with SAMSB personnel
 During this period I delivered the event with the best percentage margin for all
events for Cleanevent in Australia. Having total control over contractual
requirements, staffing, waste, cleaning and delivery, this event delivered as
specified to the client’s requirements. During this period we also serviced the
following events:
