Area Manager Wimbledon Championships
London, England – June 05 to September 05. Manager Special Projects following the
resignation of the National Operations Manager for Cleanevent in London. My brief was to
oversee:
The implementation of our new contracts for Tottenham Hotspurs FC at White Hart
Lane and Fulham FC at Craven Cottage. Negotiations with the client, assessment of
requirements to meet contractual obligations, interview and hire staff including venue
managers, resource equipment requirements, generation of financial reports and
ensure a smooth transition from previous contractor. Contract involved a number of
sites around London and in the country, which were owned by the football clubs.
Financial management of the contract and implementation of new procedures to
improve efficiencies and delivery. During this period, I also consulted to the architects
for the waste management and cleaning for the Millennium Dome project.
During my sojourn in London in 2004 as Manager Special Projects, I was also involved

Constant liaison with SAMSB personnel
During this period I delivered the event with the best percentage margin for all
events for Cleanevent in Australia. Having total control over contractual
requirements, staffing, waste, cleaning and delivery, this event delivered as
