Intimate knowledge of welding Processes,SAW,SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW. Automatic and

Review Welding Procedures and Fabrication Drawings.
Work closely with the Welding Engineer, CWI, Level 3, Level 2, WIS, and ABS / DNV.
Conduct and Participate in Welding Audits for the internal Quality Control Department and 3rd
Party API specifications Audits.

Attend and Schedule Production Meetings with Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain.
Coordinate with Customer Inspectors regarding Audits, Normal production and any Repairs they
may have.

Lead daily toolbox safety meetings and conduct weekly safety training for the hourly direct
reports.
Read and Analyze charts, blueprints, work orders, production schedules, and other records and
reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate production estimates and outputs.
Utilize Production and Manufacturing Software. JD Edwards,Oracle, SAP,Made to Manage.
Responsible for weekly payroll, overtime and vacation scheduling.
Consistently achieve the goal of an injury free and diversified work force and working
environment, complying with and enforcing regulatory, industry, and corporate standards for risk
management and business ethics.
Ensure quality control of materials, products and equipment. Monitor work activities as well as
gauges, dials and other indicators.
2. CAMERON, Houston, Texas, December 2010 to February 2014
Production Supervisor, Motor Shop:
Hire, manage and train a small group of employees dedicated to the manufacture of AC traction
and Top Drive Motors for the oil and gas drilling Division.
Work closely with Engineering, Purchasing and Scheduling to ensure a timely completion of
projects.
Attend Budgetary Meetings.
Work closely with assembly, paint and test shops to enhance the completion of projects for
customers, both internally and externally.
Liaison with Machine Shop Manager, Heavy Fabrication Manager and Assembly Manager.
Schedule Field Service repair motors while maintaining the shop floor scheduled production.
Intimate knowledge of Motor and Top Drive Testing, ABS, CDS and DNV certifications.
Keenly aware of current Mud Pump, Draw Works, Rotary Tables and Top Drive designs.
Write shop routers and add completion times.
Maintain less than 3% variance and 10% overtime for shop employees.
