Ø Over fifteen years senior management experience (twelve as Country Director) with Oxfam in Niger,

• Direct management responsibility for programme support functions, covering finance, administration and
human resource departments of the country office. Duties included annual review and revision of policies,
as well as managing preparation of overall annual budgets for the mission (with annual operations of
approximately $20m) and overseeing implementation of HIV/AIDS workplace policy.
• Led restructuring of finance, administration and HR departments reducing overheads by 30%.
• Oversight of $10m livelihood and emergency sector, encompassing: microfinance, peri-urban water and
sanitation, community-based natural resource management, and peri-urban economic development as well
