designed and commissioned an advocacy training and action planning process for 126 locations in 9
ASAL counties of Kenya including, Isiolo, Mandera, Turkana, Marsabit, Moyale, Garissa, Wajir,
Baringo, Pokot and Samburu under the ECHO funded Strengthening Resilience and Emergency
Preparedness in Arid Lands of Kenya (La Nina III) project 2012/13.
Working knowledge in mobilization, sensitization and training of rural cross gender and gender
segregated groups; Under the Kenya Agricultural Productivity and Agribusiness Project in Wajir
County, I mobilised and trained 60 small holder farmer groups in 12 districts of Wajir (2011)

From 2015, I have led setting up of a regional hub in East Africa for techfortrade- a UK
charity
Facilitated the formalisation process of NPCK and supported the board to put up leadership
and management structures, led development of terms of reference and recruitment of staff
within one year.
Built a team from one to five staff members for the newly formed National Potato Council
of Kenya (NPCK), a company limited by guarantee.
As an associate director in charge of public relations, marketing and organisational
development, I set up organisational and operations structures for Mystica Designs and
associate, a company which has grown over the years since 2006, one key success was
winning the landscaping sub contractor position for the Thika-Nairobi Super highway
Facilitated and developed profiles for three agricultural commodity associations, including
Barley Growers Association of Kenya (BGAK), Tree Farmers Association of Kenya

I have successfully been engaged in partnership development, in my practice working in the NGO
world, including;
Facilitation of contract farming relationship between Deepa Industries and 60 farmers in
Bomet for potato supply, in my time as coordinator of the Potato Council of Kenya
Developed working relations between Hivos and; the Kenya Climate Innovation Centre,
Civil Society Budget Analysis Group-Uganda, Kenya Women Parliamentarians
Association, Kenya Bureau of Standards, and State University of New York- Kenya.
Initiated and managed partnerships between Kenya National Farmers Federation
(KENAFF) and KARI on an agricultural productivity and climate change project funded by
IDRC;

Managed programmes from 27 million KES at national level and regional programmes
