Job Responsibility & KRA
 Make the all report regarding process, like - MIS report (three process), agent wise break
sheet, and maintain agent wise daily work report also etc.
Listen to recorded/live call on daily basis,
 Share feedback to encourage good ones and discourage the bad ones,
 Assist the trainees in settling down in the process,
 Provide assistance on the floor by monitoring calls sitting side by side,
 Guide, coach & mentor the trainees,
 Classroom training imparted to NHTs on process and soft skills,
 Conduct mock calls, certifications, tests during the training period
 Based on requirement, refresher will be conducted for few hours/days,
 Mock calls, tests, etc will be conducted during this period,
 make agent understand his/her mistakes
 Play good calls during weekly team huddles to motivate team
 Daily Report, Quality Monitoring Sheet , Refresher Training Documentation,
