DST Subaccounting
• Manage eight associates in the risk department
• Responsible for communication of issues within the division both internally and
externally
• Provide monthly report to upper management, stats and background of the stats
• Assign issues to members of the department to work with our technical team

• Process Mergers for all Subaccounting clients
• Work on dividend and pricing issues and reprocessing trades for those issues
• Research issues with Subaccounting trades and issues clients have with Subaccounting
funds

• Responsible for the Triage Team, assisting callers that had fraudulent issues on their
account
• Worked with the Legal department on Legal Threats
• Managed Associates that received all calls that the shareholder had issues with their
account
• Worked on Checkwriting issues and getting money back from shareholders that had
bounced checks

DST Corporate Support
• Help with all outgoing wires, manual checks and ACH information
• Manage a department of twelve people that handle the accounting, dividend pay outs,
pricing of funds, and commissions for three different clients
• Obtained a Series 6 License for work with client

• Created all procedures within the Department
• Helped write the monthly report for management
• Training all people in the department to know everything the
department does

• Learned the Exec Council phone line that was taken over from Chicago Office
• Helped with taking over the Institutional Phone Line Conversion from Baltimore to
Kansas City
• Trained new employees in the department on the Institutional Phone Line
• Worked Open Item Report for the Department
